YOU on a DIET - Book Review

YOU on a DIET by Michael F. Roizen, M.D. and Mehmet C. Oz, M.D, is by far the best diet book I've ever read.

It is different from most diet books or plans because it explains WHY you need to have a food plan and WHY most diets fail. It explains all the science involved, but not in a scientific way. The chapter titles and subtitles give a pretty good idea of what all is included in the book
