Day Twenty
I am back in action, last night I used the cross trainer for twenty minutes and 4.3kms. It felt great, I really do enjoy exercise I just hate the preparation and then having to change clothes and shoes fifty times in one day, ok call me lazy, but it’s a pain in the bum. Whilst I was on the cross trainer I was watching some of the fashion week on the news, good motivation, all those skinny things. Anyway one of the designers stated that she had swim suits to suit “everyone” they even went up to size sixteen, at this point I started moving faster. My god I am not part of “everyone”, so what part am I????
That was the point where I am supposed to say; “that is disgusting she should cater for all people even the fat ones”, but hey who really wants to see a size 20 person in a bikini? I know I would not feel comfortable in one that’s for sure. Even when I lose my weight I would still have to hide those unsightly stretch marks and the excess skin. I hope that I can get some of it removed, I might have to apply for one of those medical shows though, I hear it’s not cheap. Maybe I could donate it for skin grafts? I will look into it.
The best news of all is that today I weighed 91.8kgs!!! And someone noticed. I wonder why it is that when someone asks if you have lost weight we don’t say “yes I have been working hard and I have lost 3kilos in three weeks” instead I said, “yes a little” as if I am embarrassed to be on a diet. Lets face it, if they noticed the weight loss then they are aware that you are overweight, it is not a secret, and we should be glad they noticed and embrace the encouragement. Next time I will!
