Spinning for Weight Loss....hmmm
November 7th 2008 01:56
I read it on another blog. Spinning around - like you did when you were a kid - is supposed to help you lose weight. I guess that's worth a try. It's one of those things I can fit into my daily routine easily enough.
This is what I'm going to try - every time I go to the restroom, I'm going to spin for 5 seconds first. (Sitting will help the dizziness go away!) She says you can lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks by spinning - so I'll put it to the test. Check back in two weeks, and I'll let you know if it's helped.
In all fairness, I've been losing about 1-2 pounds a week anyway - but we'll see if there's any increase in my decrease! Check back for the results.

Maybe doing this according to the directions (spinning up to 200 times per day) will help, but I tried about 50 spins a day for two weeks and didn't notice any changes in weight loss.
