Woman Loses 500 Pounds!

Really, she lost 500 lbs in three years.
I learned about this while reading yesterday on another blog. Intrigued, I had to find out more.
It had taken her twelve years to gain the weight, and weighing over 700 pounds, she wouldn't leave her house or see anyone but her family.
How did she lose all this weight? She went online! Her sister gave her a computer, and after going online, she realized that no one on the web could see her, or know how much she weighed. She began to feel better about herself, because she was finally able to have friends.
She didn't use pills or surgery or any special diet plan. She just started feeling better about herself, and quit eating so much. She lost over 500 pounds.
